Picture Invitations
$55 design fee. Half of which ($27.50) is required up front, the other half is required when you OK the design and are ready to get it printed.
Picture Invitations are by far the easiest and quickest way to come up with quality-looking invitations with the least amount of time. They work well for Graduations, Birthdays and Baby Announcements. I need at least 2 weeks to work with it once I receive all the necessary information from you to begin. As soon as you sign off on the final product, I can either email you the jpeg or send you a CD and you can then take it to any picture reproduction place to have the 5x7 pictures printed (helpful hint: Costco and Sam’s Club seem to be the cheapest for this – approximately $0.40 each). The beauty of these invitations is that they aren't your cookie-cutter templates offered at picture developing places where they allow a set area to slap in your pic. These invitations are designed around your pictures to make sure they are unique and a reflection of YOU.
For Baby Announcements: It’s understandable that once your bundle(s) of joy arrives you want those announcements out right away. I try to get the Baby Announcements finished within a week’s time, based on approval.
Normally for the Picture Invitations, I only design a 5x7 jpeg file and leave the rest to you to print and find envelopes for (in which case, it allows you the freedom to get a specific color of your choice). However, I do have the size A-7 envelopes in stock for you to purchase separately should you want them sent to you; they are just your basic white envelope without any texture. $0.20 each.
There have been additional things I’ve been requested to design that I’m more than happy to include, such as:
Map Labels : Some people like the idea of adhering a label to the back of each Picture Invitation that shows the location of their party. $0.20 each label.
Graduation Ceremony Announcements to match the invitation : $10 flat fee to design, print and cut the required amount (up to 100 cards; $0.05 each thereafter). 4 ¼” by 2 ¾”.
Printed Envelopes : envelopes are not included with this type of invitation, but I do not mind making special printed envelopes fitted for this invitation size. $0.30 each envelope.
Printing the Invitations : Just in case you are unable to get the picture invitations developed yourself, I definitely don't mind doing the legwork for you. In which case, each print ordered will cost $0.65 each and must be paid for ahead of time. Once finished, they will be mailed straight to you.
